1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing takes place Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- During high-volume periods, slight delays may occur—we’ll notify you by email.
- Orders placed after hours are handled the next business day.
2. Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping (if applicable): 5–7 business days.
- International Shipping: 14–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
External factors like customs, weather, or courier issues may cause delays. Use your tracking number for real-time updates.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Free shipping promotions may apply to selected orders and regions.
- Express options are available for an additional fee.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Track progress anytime on our Track Your Order page.
5. Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties or taxes not included in your DentureSet payment.
- Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, VAT, or local charges.
- Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs will be refunded minus shipping costs.
- DentureSet is not responsible for customs-related delays.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we are not responsible once the carrier has the package, we will assist you in resolving any issue.
- If marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local carrier office.
- File a claim directly with the courier for lost or stolen packages.
- Keep packaging if your order arrives damaged and contact us immediately.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. DentureSet is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
- Contact us immediately if you need to update your address before processing begins.
- Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted.
